In our facility we used to go drop in pay for the day and play. Everybody wants to play with better players. When new people joins, they will never get a chance to play in the better group until people really get to know. It will be a long time. For me I had 90 min drive to the facility. If I can’t get good games then it is not worth the drive. Thomas came up with ladder games. Every player starts at the bottom of the ladder. As they get points they move up the ladder. This helped new people match with their level players in no time. Everyone enjoyed playing ladder games. He used to conduct tournaments. Very well organized tournaments were the highlight of our facility. He introduced racket demo programs in association with Yonex USA. All in all it was very well organized with Thomas. Finally the best part is stringing service. If you have taken that service from him, you will not feel like to get it strung from anyone else. Every string in the racket will speak for him.
