Reservation Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons, Classes and Court Rentals:
Payments made for reservations (Private Lessons, Group Classes and Court Rentals) are non-refundable. However, we do offer the option to reschedule if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled reservations. To reschedule, kindly contact us at the provided. Please note that failure to cancel with at least 7 days notice will result in forfeiture of any payments made.
Monthly Group Classes:
If a student on a monthly plan misses a group calss for any reason, you may request a tuition credit. Tuition credit can only be applied toward the following:
• Private lessons at Norcross or Roswell
Each missed group class credit can be applied to one private lesson only.
Credits cannot be combined or stacked toward a single private lesson.
• Court rental fees at Norcross
Multiple credits may be used toward court rental.
If the credit amount exceeds the rental fee, the remaining balance will not be returned as cash or additional credit, or you may choose to apply the credit toward multiple hours of court rental.
Ttuition credits cannot be applied toward regular group class tuition.
• Any remaining amount after deducting the class credit must be paid at the time of making the court rental or private lesson reservation. Please refer to the court rental and private lesson cancellation policy if you need to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed.
Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition that them to be resold. Additionally, all tags must be intact. Please note that refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Racquets:
• Manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, and must include the original cover.
• Racquet was purchased as unstrung but was later strung, gripped, and/or stenciled, the racquet is considered used and not eligible for return/exchange.
• Racquets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. Once used, the racquet is not eligible for return/exchange.
Restringing Services:
• Restringing services at TS Badminton do not come with a warranty.
• TS Badminton will not be held liable or responsible for any damage or breakage of your racquet resulting from the restringing process.
• If customer chooses to bring their own string, TS Badminton will not be held liable for any string breakage during restringing.
